Service Description

The Kickstart: A 4-Call Coaching Experience to gain Clarity & Courage to Make a New Decision, and a Science Based Implementable Path Forward. WHAT'S INCLUDED: 1 ~ Deep-Dive Call (45 min) - We’ll learn a little more about each other and why we’re a good fit, identify your desired outcome, and blocks to success. I’ll set expectations for what's to come, and we’ll dive in and get started on your transformation journey. 3 ~ Momentum Sessions (30 min each) - These powerful sessions will contain education on the mind-body connection and how fear based programming and limiting beliefs are keeping you stuck , what is happening physiologically in the brain and body and how this work changes you mentally, emotionally and physically. You’ll learn personalized, science backed techniques to show you how to create lasting positive transformation and rewire your brain to set you on the path to your desires.
