Through my hypnotherapy practice and empowerment coaching, and after more than fifteen years of exploring how inherited, learned, and conditioned patterns affected my own health and experience of life, I now help others recognize and transform the patterns that may be limiting their health, well-being, and ability to create meaningful change.

My relationship with this work began long before I ever imagined practicing or teaching it professionally.

In my mid-twenties, my health began steadily declining. Over the next decade, my symptoms became increasingly debilitating, eventually reaching a point where I thought I was dying. I had no diagnosis, I was struggling physically, mentally, and emotionally, and I was afraid of losing everything.

Weary and depleted, I knew I had to do something to help myself.

I began with chiropractic care for pain and started learning about nutrition and healthy eating. When meditation was suggested, still desperate for relief, I jumped in with both feet.

That decision took me on the journey of my life.

I developed a daily meditation practice and began studying and practicing A Course in Miracles. For the first time, I began looking closely at the conditioning I had accumulated throughout my life and how much of it had developed outside my conscious awareness. I started questioning the patterns that had shaped how I saw myself, other people, my circumstances, and the world around me.

I jokingly say that I became my own personal Petri dish.

And things began to change.

As I changed from the inside, my health improved dramatically... but even more fascinating was how much the rest of my life changed with it.

I began seeing and responding differently to stress, difficult circumstances, relationships, and my own thoughts and emotions. I started to understand how much of my experience had been operating automatically and how much more agency I had once I became aware of it.

That realization changed the direction of my life.

Recovering my health did not end my curiosity. It intensified it.

For more than fifteen years, I have continued studying, experimenting with, and applying these ideas, trying to better understand how inherited, learned, and conditioned patterns can become deeply ingrained, affect our physiology, and shape our experience, and what becomes possible when those patterns are no longer running the show.

My studies have included meditation, yoga, mind-body and functional approaches to health, psychology, nervous system regulation, neuroplasticity, psychoneuroimmunology, epigenetics, hypnosis, and spiritual and contemplative traditions.

I eventually turned that personal exploration into professional training, completing a 200-hour yoga teacher certification and 500 hours of professional training in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Medical Support Clinical Hypnotherapy.

Today, I help clients bring inherited, learned, and conditioned patterns into conscious awareness, overcome internal blocks, access their own inner resources, and practice new ways of responding that better support the lives and health they want to create.

My work draws from hypnotherapy, meditation, nervous system regulation, education grounded in mind-body science, and intentional practice.

More than giving people another set of answers to memorize, I want to help them access the insight, resources, and capacity already within them and discover what is possible through their own experience.

I believe empowerment is about teaching people to fish, rather than feeding them for a day.
